Extra-Tall Room Dividers

The client needed a way to close off these rooms off the circular stairwell. To add privacy in these 10′ tall doorways, 8′ tall shoji room dividers were set in place. These freestanding screens could be moved to other areas, or installed to the wall if a semi-permanent location was desired. To achieve a heavier feel, extra wide center rails were specified at the point where the panels would be handled when moving them around. Smaller grid spacing draws the eye upward and gives these panels a grand look.
